Casa Giulesti

The main challenge of this project was creating a home suited for a family of 5, while maintaining the urban parameters of the area. In order to respect the neighbouring house, the floor is detached from the plots limit, thus creating a dynamic volume that facilitates light access to both properties. In order to create an intimate space for the family, a generous English courtyard was proposed for the underground level. Creating this volume generated a modern home with a generous living area, 4 bedrooms and various storage spaces. The design is modern and playful with mint colour details, such as the window frames, the metal works and the façade mosaic cladding. The natural landscape design complements the projects ambiance and the views of the residents.
